      The BLiSSMi Partner Agreement (the "Partner Agreement") between the Partner identified below and BLiSSMi Ltd includes and incorporates all of theTerms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and ourService and Product Partner Agreement.

      For each qualifying session that has been booked through BLiSSMi and attended or redeemed, you'll receive a payout equal to the net amount owed to you according to the T&Cs. Notwithstanding any language to the contrary, your payout is based on the pricing and other information provided which may impact the overall payment amount. If this information is not accurate and results in a different payment amount, BLiSSMi may change or tailor your payouts accordingly without notice, and you agree to immediately refund BLiSSMi for any overpayments.

      By signing above, you agree to the terms of this Partner Agreement (including the T&Cs) on behalf of Partner (including the legal entity and the venues identified above), and you represent and warrant that you have the right, power and authority to do so.
